Fiona Bao joined  Groundwork  Architects &  Associates as a partner in 2019.  Fiona  is also the founding partner of Groundwork Design (Shenzhen) Ltd.  Fiona  has received her architectural training from the  Anhui Jianzhu University of Architecture, China. Upon completing her studies,  Fiona joined  Shenzhen Cube Architecture Designing Consultants Ltd. Shenzhen, where she had assumed the head of division after three years of service and later promoted as the company director. Fiona had lead Cube Architects to complete some of their most acclaimed buildings, which includes the SKYEY Maison Project, Shenzhen for the OCT Group and  Qianhai No.1 Apartment.

Fiona later joined Road King Property development Hong Kong and Shenzhen  as their Art Director, where she specialised in residential developments.

With the accumulated experiences and insights both as an architect and a developer, Fiona leadership is instrumental toward Groundwork’s development.

鮑靜於2019年作為合夥人加入元新建城。鮑靜也是元新建城(深圳)有限公司的創始合夥人。

鮑靜畢業於中國安徽建築大學建築專業。在完成學業後，鮑靜加入了深圳庫博建築設計事務所有限公司。她在深圳工作了三年，擔任部門主管，後來晉升為公司董事。鮑靜帶領庫博建築完成了一系列最受歡迎的建築作品，包括SKYEY Mansion項目、OCT集團深圳專案和前海一號公寓。

鮑靜後來加入路勁地產發展香港和深圳有限公司。作為藝術總監，她專攻住宅開發。

鮑靜作為一名建築師和開發商，積累了豐富的行業經驗和見解，她的領導能力將助力於元新建城的未來發展。
